About the Founder

College to Career was founded based on my personal experience with helping my two sons navigate the University Internship process.

I realized there was a gap in the understanding of parents and students versus the internship process in the current environment. What worked 30 years ago when I graduated from Georgia Tech was no longer true today.

In July of 2025, I launched College to Career based on my 25+ years of selling IT for large global organizations. I am applying the techniques that allowed me to earn various accolades such as Presidents Club, Salesman of the Year and consistently rank at the top in exceeding sales quotas. I built the program to operate like a high-performing sales team. Students don’t just receive advice—they execute. Each participant is accountable to clear deliverables, metrics, and consistent activity. Our online tracker (where students list all contacts with notes and dates) allows organized and proper follow up. The interactive group meetings provides the team environment where we celebrate success together and help each other succeed, while the individual consulting sessions contributes to a specific strategy based on your strengths to achieve your goals.

The approach - coupled with the students hard work - is a success. For the school year 2025-2026 we had 21 students who received 20 job offers all paying at or above industry standard rates.
